MODERN HOUSE

The main facade shows opaque planes and semi-clear planes, these are found in social environments to generate greater lighting, however, most of the set of blocks is completely closed towards its exterior, a single façade color has been used and gray marble as a material, to highlight the main blocks white marble was used; this project has small internal patios through which it ventilates and illuminates, in addition artificial lighting was used to highlight the house at night.
INTERIORS AND DETAILS ON THE FACADE
The main entrance is in the middle of the house, which takes us directly to the center of the project. This is where the spiral staircase covered in white marble is located , which directs the entrances to the continuous environments, generating a different feeling from a common house.
This project has a uniform design from the outside to the inside, since the color of the material used is respected. In this case, the bathroom is a modern design, since wood predominates in the furniture and gray-colored marble on the walls, in addition to the lighting that gives life to the room.
